LeadTime is a yearlong ministry program that provides training and knowledge of how to better minister to teenagers through Bible study, relationships, discipleship, and mentoring. My training will then be put into action daily as I mentor and live life with high- risk youth of Shelterwood. These youth suffer from teen depression and anger, abuse, defiance, or anxiety, substance abuse, addictions, or rebellious attitude, academic challenges, and low motivation or manipulation.
